Please read the following Terms & Conditions. By entering this site or registering as a member of the site you are expressly acknowledging that you have read, understood and accept these Terms & Conditions for use of the site.

Within these Terms & Conditions reference to ‘the Company’ shall mean Shrodall Ltd and its subsidiary companies as owners of the site. Users shall mean all persons whether registerd members or not who seek to gain access to the site

OBLIGATIONS OF USERS & REGISTERED MEMBERS

Sexually Explicit Nature
1.1 The user and member understands and acknowledeges that the material presented at this site and which may viewed, downloaded or listened to is of a sexxually explicit nature and contains depictions of nudity and sexual activity including and without limitation heterosexual, homosexual and bi sexual activity. The user and member further accepts and warrants that they are not offended by such material and are knowlingly seeking access to such explicit sexual material.

Age of Majority
2.1. No person under the age of 18 or in juridictions where 21 is the age of majority are permited directly or indirectly to access, view download receive, duplicate or use in anyway material or activities depicted on this site nor to possess such material and the user and member affirms and warrants that they are over the age of 18 or 21 where 21 is the age of majority.
2.2 The user and member further expressly affirms and warrants that they will not permit intentionally or unintentionally direct or indirect access to the site by persons under the age of 18 or 21 where this is the age of majority including but without limitation safeguarding their ID and Passwords, not taking any action to circumvent security precautions within the site designed to prevent access by persons under the age of majority.

Prohibited Areas
3.1. Access directly or indirectly to any part of the site and viewing, downloading, receiving, duplicating or using in anyway material or activities depicted on this site in prohibited areas and in any geographical locations where the use, viewing and downloading, receiving or using in any way would be contrary to law, regulation or custom are expressly prohibited and not permitted and the user and member affirms and warrants that they are and will not access view, download, receive, duplicate or use in anyway and with out limitation such material in such geographical locations or prohibited areas. Such prohibited areas shall include but without limit Afghanistan, Kuwait, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Libya, Pakistan, China, Singapore, Suadi Arabia, Syria, Unted Arab Emirates

Unacceptable Behaviour
4.1 The Company expressly forbids all comment, pictures and all other material which is of a racist, sexist, homophobic or in any otherway unacceptable nature. And the user and member accepts and warrants that they will not orally or in writing engage in such acts on the site.

Copyright
5.1 All material depicted on the site and which may be viewed, downloaded or used in any other way is the copyright of the Company or others who have licensed the Company to use such material. The user and member accepts and warrants that accessing, downloading, copying, receiving or in anyway using is for their own personal use and will not without written autorisation use any of the material for commercial purposes including but without limitation renting, leasing or broadcasting.        5.2 The User undertakes to pay a contractual penalty of Euro 10,000 to the Company for each violation of the Company's copyright including prohibited or unauthorised recording, copying, distributing, renting, leasing or broadcasting.

Liability
6.1 The user and member agrees that they are personally liable and indemnify the Company without limitation for any and all damages that the Company may suffer as a result of the user’s and member’s unauthorised use of the site and any and all of the user’s and members actions direct or indirect, intentional or unintentional that may result in the unathorised use of the site.

OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY

Age of Majority
7.1 The Company shall take all possible precautions to prevent any un authorised access to the site including use of the site by persons under the age of 18 or 21 where this is the age of majority. .

Prohibited Areas
8.1 The Company shall make all reasonable precautions to prevent access to the site in prohibited areas or geographical areas where this is contary to law, custom or regulation.

Prohibited Acts
9.1 The Company shall not permit and will remove all material including and without limitation pictures, videos and comments by users and members which includes beastiality, blood letting, actual or role play depictions of underage sex, rape, beastiality or bloodletting.
9.2 Further the company expressly forbids and will remove all material including and without limitiation pictures, videos and comment by users which is of a racist, sexist, homophobic or in any otherway unacceptable nature.
9.3 The views comments etc of Users, Members and Performers expressed in writing, orally or in any other way on the site are not those of the Company.
9.4 The Company will take all reasonable steps to montitor the content of the site and services offered and will remove all prohibited material when it finds such material or is provided with evidence that such material or services or comment is present on the site.

Public and Registered Member Areas
10.1 The Company will take all reasonable steps to prevent and, or remove as soon as comes to its notice all overly explicit pictures or activities in the site home page or in the open chat areas.

Provision Of Services
11.1 The Company will make every endevour to maintain the availabilty of the site and the services and products it offers. It will not be responsible for or have any liability for failure to provide the service on a temporary or permanent basis for reasons including but without limitation defects in the Company’s computers or software, the users and members computer software, ISP, telephone lines and networking.

Privacy
12.1 All data collected by the Company either provided by the user, member or performer or obtained by us in pursuance of running the website will be treated as entirely confidential.
12.2 Where other companies or businesses are employed by us to perform functions on our behalf in providing services to our customers including but without limitation creditcard processing and sending of emails then such companies or businesses are only authorized too use such information for that specific service.
12.3 The Company will protect as far as possible all personal data under its control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure.
12.4 No personal data other than as provided for in paragraphs 12.2 shall be passed, given, sold or shared with any third party without consent of the user or member. This includes but not exclusively credit card information, ip addresses and email addresses
12.5 The Company reserves the right to share information where required by law or in the interests of fraud prevention or detection.
12.6 In the event that the Company shall sell the site or aquire other similar businesses it reserves the right to transfer information as a normal business asset but subject to the safeguards and as provided for in paragraphs 12.1 to 12.5.

FEES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Method of Payment
13.1 The Company will only accept payment by means of Credit or Debit Cards

Prices and Fees
14.1 The Company will publish the prices it will charge users and members for the services and products it sells and the monthly quartely and annual fees it will charge for the different grades of membership open to members and users of the site.
14.2 The Company reserves the right to vary prices and fees at any time.
14.3 Where there are additional for premium services or products the user or member will be advised of such charges before any charge is made.

TERMINATION NOTICES & JURISDICTION

Termination of Membership by the Company
15.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately the membership of any user or member who contravenes any of the Obligations of Users and Registered Members placed upon users and members of the site and to prevent as far as possible further access to ther site. In such event the user or member continues to remain personally liable and indemnifies the Company without limitation for any damages that the Company may suffer as a result of the user’s or member’s unauthorised use of the site and any and all of the user or members actions direct or indirect that may have or will result in the unathorised use of the site by others.

Termination of Membership By Member
16.1 Users and members may terminate their membership by emailing us at our published email adddress and providing us with their id, email address and password.

Invalidity of Terms
17.1 Should any term within this contract become invalid then all other terms will remain valid.

Jurisdiction and Fulfilment
18.1 Subject to the provisions of intenational law as far as is possible the terms of this contract shall be construed in terms of  English Law.
18.2 The place of fulfilment of all contractual obligations on the parties to this agreement is Doncaster England.
